Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

Most purchases are shipped from our Rancho Dominguez, CA warehouse and will arrive within approximately 5-7 business days from receipt of the order. Please note that items shipped directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Additionally, the shipping address must be a physical address, as we cannot ship to PO Boxes or government ARO addresses.


Shipping Restrictions:

To qualify for free shipping, the order must be made through our website, and will be shipping withing the US. The free shipping offer does not apply to orders with corporate discount pricing, tables, and chairs orders.


Shipping & Delivery:

We try to ship everything within 48 hours of the time we receive your order. If everything is in stock, we will ship even faster, usually within 24 hours. Standard lead time on special order and non-stock items, ergonomic chairs, and adjustable tables is approximately 2 to 5 weeks. For more specific information on delivery dates, please contact us directly.


Delivery Charges:

For corporate discount pricing, tables, and chairs, please request a quote. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please also request a quote.


Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should secure an RMA number and the return shipping address by contacting sales@jestik.com.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
