Does your site offer product warranties against defects?

Yes. Our products are protected against factory defects through our 1 Year Manufacturer's Replacement Warranty and also through our Jestik VIP Warranty.

If in situations where you simply are not happy with your Jestik product, we also offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee where you can return the item within 30 days and we will process a refund less applicable fees and charges.

Will any of the products involve assembly?

Yes. Our products involve quick and easy assembly. All of the parts and accessories for our products are packed safely in separate small bags, and boxed along with easy-to-understand and follow instructions for assembly. If tools are needed, prepare some of the more common ones like a hammer, screwdrivers, and an adjustable wrench however we do provide the basic tools for you to install and assemble our products.

What are the acceptable payment methods?

Jestik accepts payments from the following:

Is sales tax charged for purchases made on your site?

For orders shipped outside of California, Jestik does not charge any sales tax on your purchases.

For orders that are to be shipped within CA State, however, we will collect the appropriate 7.75% sales tax mandated for these. When placing your order, the added tax will be added to your final total.

Resale certificates should be faxed by Tax Exempt Organizations after orders are placed.

How much will international shipping cost?

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and International Shipments, please check our Shipping and Delivery Information Page for details.

You may also contact your preferred courier for further information. Also, for international orders, responsibilities for paying any applicable duties and taxes to a broker or government agency will be covered by you.

Shipping within the 48 states is totally free.

How long will my order get to me?

The usual processing & packaging time for orders within the US is 1 to 7 business days while international delivery may take 2 to 4 weeks.

Our inventory changes frequently, so we will strive to provide an estimated ship date to you when your order is placed. You will also get tracking numbers via e-mail from us as soon as these are available.

How is my order shipped?

All of our products come with Free Freight Truck or Free Ground Delivery Shipping within the 48 contiguous states of USA and we work with the top couriers (FedEX, UPS, etc.) in the country to assure you of a quick and smooth delivery process.

Are there any delivery address restrictions?

Yes, there are a few. As of this writing, we do not ship or deliver to P.O. Boxes, or to military APO/FPO addresses. During checkout, please provide a physical address.

How can I get delivery confirmation?

We will send you an order tracking number via our automated e-mail system. These tracking numbers will help you keep track of your order from ordering up to delivery to your door.

Please note that for large items that ship via Freight Truck, you will usually receive a phone call to work out shipping details.

How do I return or have a product replaced?

We offer a 30 Day Money Back guarantee so you can easily return a product within 30 days after it has been delivered to your doorstep.
